recording already sounds a lot better

As someone who just records vocals, I need my recordings to sound as dry as possible and the acoustic panels did just that. Do note that acoustic panels are meant to reduce echo in your recording environment not soundproof. I went ahead and made a second purchase. TIP: If you don't mind, I'd use thumb tacks instead of adhesive tape as the tape can ruin the foam when removing it. It won't do much damage but it'll take a sliver of foam off if removed.

      Great looking/sounding foam!

Great for my studio! They look good and help absorb room noise. There are a few pieces that seemed to be miss cut, but if they are placed correctly you can't see the factory mistakes. Would buy from again!
