Who handles customer service?
- We do not get in contact with your customers. You should ask your customers to contact you directly. For questions that you are unable to answer, you can contact us and relay our responses back to your customers.
How much does this service cost?
- Our drop shipping service is absolutely free. You only pay for what you order. We provide 30-40% off retail price depending on drop ship volumes. Contact us for more details.
How do I pay for drop shipping orders?
- Payment is accepted securely via PayPal, Major Credit Cards such as Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, just like regular retail orders.
Will our logo or related information appear on customer packaging?
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order(s)?
No, every drop shipping package will be delivered to your customer without any arrowzoom logo or information. If ordering in bulk.
Yes, you can change it to your customer address at checkout process once logged into PayPal.
When do we ship out your drop ship orders?
- Usually 24-48 hours (excludes Saturday / Sunday) after receiving your order. If certain inventory is out of stock, we will let you know within this time so you can ask your customer.
How can I cancel the unshipped order(s)?
Please contact email@example.com for cancellation within 24 hours.
- Partial refund of 50% for cancellation after 24 hours (as store credit)
How are customs and tax issues handled?
- The customer is responsible for all customs and import issues including but not limited to knowing import laws, dealing with taxes, tariffs, and item seizures. Hong Kong warehouse items are not subject to any export taxes.
How long does it take to deliver?
Generally it takes Airmail Shipping (7 to 14 days) or Airmail SPEED (5 to 7 days).

Can I download the products pictures without watermark?
- Yes, once we have approved your account. We will send you a public link to our Google Drive Account for download.
How are disputes handled?
- Valid returns include damaged, faulty or wrong parcel delivered to customer by which our Company will take full responsibility

- Refund is applied when the parcel is sent back to returned address as advised.
- The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsibility (i.e. mistake on the requested model) will provide 100% full refund.
- All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of notification.
- Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.
- No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.
How are refunds handled?
- All refunds are issues as credits/ discount code for future shipments.
