Quite the difference

I have pretty well trained ears, and these for sure make a difference. You can tell it's decent foam by yelling into it and observing how much sound is actually absorbed.

Amazing quality for recording and mastering

Sound proofing is incredible. You can barely hear someone speak on the other side of the room. Cranked up an extremely bass filled song and couldn't hear it outside of the room. You do need base traps for the corner walls. Voice and acoustic guitar recordings are flawless.
