Shipping policy

We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages resulting from an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer, or from failure to collect a package from the post office. The policy also requests customers provide a phone number at checkout so the carrier can arrange pickup if delivery is attempted unsuccessfully.
