Technical Data Sheet
STC (Sound Transmission Class), is a numerical rating of how effective a material is at blocking the transmission of sound through itself. This rating generally applies to hard materials like rubberized sound barriers, concrete, brick and drywall but also applies to a much lesser degree to softer materials like mineral fiber (although it isn’t tested by itself; it’s tested as part of a wall system to verify its effectiveness).
How To Install Our AcouticPolyester Fabric Panel Step By Step
Step 1: Locate the Acoustic Foam For Outline
Lay the Foam out for your specific application. Keep in mind that you want the foam evenly distributed throughout the room.
Step 2: Resize the Acoustic Foam To Best Fit
Measure the designated areas that need to be field cut on the foam and make the appropriate cuts (examples would be around beams, doorways, or if a short piece is needed). After all the pieces have been field cut, put the material back in the appropriate position on the wall or ceiling and lightly mark the bottom and side of where each piece will be lightly with a pencil to ensure straight application.
Step 3: Apply Arrowzoom Tape or Glue the Acoustic Foam with Adhesive Spray
There are two ways to put the acoustic foams on the designated wall
Method 1: Use Arrowzoom Sticky Double Sided Tape. Each foam should use 4 tapes. One for each corner. Once you peel off the sticker, the Acoustic foam should easily stick to the surface of your choice.
Method 2: Glue each piece individually with PL Polyurethane Construction Adhesive. Create a perimeter around the outside of the material staying 1 1/2" away from the edge. Create an X pattern across the center of the material.

Step 4: Hang the Acoustic Foam With The Marked Line
Line up the materials on marked lines from Step 2 and press firmly against the material compressing the foam. Repeat step for remaining pieces of foam.
How to cut the Polyester Fabric Panel?
You can use our Heavy-Duty Wood Acoustic Polyester Fabric Panel Cutter to cut your panels
Step 1: Mark the Acoustic Panel to the appropriate size using the tape measure and marker.
Step 2: Cut along the line using the Panel Cutter. With the thicker fabric, it may take several passes to completely cut the Acoustic Studio Panel.
Step 3: An alternate cutting method is to compress the foam along the line marked in Step 1. With the material compressed, it will reduce the number of passes that must be made to completely cut the fabric.

- Acoustic Panel Color is selected randomly unless special request.
- No Tracking Provided if entire order is only the foam samples. Tracking is available only if the order is with other regular products with Panel samples.

Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly fairly:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse (purchased wrong design/size/undelivered address, etc.). Therefore, please be 100% sure about what you want to buy before placing your order and address is correct!
For orders not yet shipped or shipped but cancelled, there will be a small 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production and this requires disposal of the merchandise.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to you, but you will have to pay the shipping fee. If you would like to treat it as a return (applicable only for wrong item sent or product quality issues), we will refund the value of the product(s) minus a 50% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of notification.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.
Returns issues must be raised within 2 weeks from the parcel has been sent out with valid reasons (ie reasons due to no longer needed are not accepted as valid reasons for return items)
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.
