You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly fairly:

The goods came quickly enough, the tracking works. Came very crumpled, but a couple of minutes of boiling water from the shower worked on hurray and now like new. I thought that the difference in sound will not feel, took more as a decorative finish of the wall at the table. But still there are changes for the better, i can not explain. But there's something about it. I recommend.
Packages came pretty fast. 10 days to USA Everything as described. BUT! Only 4 stars, because, I thought I’ll have a heart attack with the delivery process... I had 2 packages. And their tracking numbers showed me that it were already delivered to the weird addresses in different states. Not even close to my state!!! And, at the same time, seller didn’t answer to my messages. It was horrible situation. Finally, I received an answer from the seller that it were WRONG TRACKING NUMBERS! Right after I talked to Ali Support. Oh, my, god. Packages were delivered today. I didn’t have so horrible experience on Ali as with this order :( But, I’m glad that everything turned out well. Last thing: seller, double check an information that you give to your customers in future!!!!! Thank you!
