You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

This sheet is 2 lb/sq ft (9.8 kg/m²) - the same weight pros spec into recording studios and home theaters. The full 1 m x 1 m sheet weighs about 22 lb (9.8 kg). That mass is what blocks airborne sound.

Get the roll (this product) if you're covering a continuous area like a whole door, behind drywall, or a vehicle floor - you'll waste less material. Get pre-cut 12 x 12 in tiles (KK1246) if you're spot-treating a small area or want to add tiles one at a time.
No. Most customers install it themselves with scissors and double-sided tape in under an hour. The sheet is heavy (~22 lb / 9.8 kg) so two people make it easier on a wall or ceiling.
Lay it flat, mark the cut line on the back with a marker, then cut with sharp scissors or a utility knife against a straight edge. It cuts cleanly without splintering.
It will reduce it. Low-frequency bass is the hardest noise to block; for heavy bass, layer 2 lb/sq ft MLV behind drywall with an air gap. Mid and high frequencies are blocked dramatically - STC 31-33 turns loud speech into a muffled murmur.
Yes. 2 lb/sq ft is the industry-standard MLV weight pros use behind drywall in recording studios. For thin shared walls, layer it on top of the existing drywall and add an acoustic underlay if possible.
